Sildenafil Citrate Mechanism of Action – How Does Kamagra Polo Work?

Erectile dysfunction in men is the failure to develop or maintain a good erection upon sexual stimulation. This malfunction occurs due to the narrowing of the blood vessels in the penis.

Contraindications

Overdose

In studies with healthy volunteers of single doses of Sildenafil (Kamagra Polo tablets) up to 800 mg, adverse reactions were similar to those seen at lower doses but incidence rates and severities were increased.
In cases of overdose, standard supportive measures should be adopted as required. Renal dialysis is not expected to accelerate clearance as sildenafil is highly bound to plasma proteins and it is not eliminated in the urine.

Patients with a "crowded" optic disc may also be at an increased risk of NAION.
• Patients should stop Kamagra Polo and seek prompt medical attention in the event of sudden decrease or loss of hearing
• Caution is advised when Kamagra Polo is co-administered with alpha-blockers or anti-hypertensives. Concomitant use may lead to hypotension
• Decreased blood pressure, syncope, and prolonged erection may occur at higher sildenafil exposures. In patients taking strong CYP inhibitors, such as Ritonavir, Sildenafil exposure is increased. Decrease in Kamagra Polo dosage is recommended

Kamagra Polo Interactions
Before staring the course of Kamagra Polo tablets, please inform your doctor of all your current medications including prescription drugs, over the counter medications, mineral supplements, herbal products, and vitamins. Kamagra Polo tablets are known to have drug interactions with certain other medications.
