Contraindications

Alphagra tablets are contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to Sildenafil Citrate or any inactive ingredient present in Alphagra tablets.
Generic Sildenafil 100 mg tablets are also contraindicated in patients using nitric oxide donors, such as organic nitrates or organic nitrites in any form, severe hepatic impairment (decreased liver function) and renal function, men for whom sexual intercourse is inadvisable due to cardiovascular risk factors, hypotension (low blood pressure), recent stroke or heart attack, hereditary degenerative retinal disorders (including genetic disorders of retinal phosphodiesterases).
