Uses of Super P-Force Oral Jelly

Super P-Force 160 mg jelly contain a combination of Sildenafil 100 mg and Dapoxetine 60 mg. is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED), also called sexual impotence. Sildenafil along with other medicines called called phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors prevent an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type-5 from working too quickly. When a man is sexually stimulated, his body's normal response is to increase blood flow to his penis to produce an erection. By controlling the enzyme, Sildenafil helps to maintain an erection after the penis is stroked.

Super P-Force 160 mg Oral Jelly contain a combination of Sildenafil and Dapoxetine. Contraindications

• In patients with a history of mania or severe depression
• For concomitant treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), or within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with an MAOI. Similarly, an MAOI should not be administered within 7 days after Super P-Force has been discontinued
• For concomitant treatment with thioridazine, or within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with thioridazine. Similarly, thioridazine should not be administered within 7 days after Super P-Force has been discontinued
• For concomitant treatment with serotonin reuptake inhibitors [selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs)] or other medicinal/herbal products with serotonergic effects [e.g., L-tryptophan, triptans, tramadol, linezolid, lithium, St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum)] or within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with these medicinal/herbal products. Similarly these medicinal/herbal products should not be administered within 7 days after Super P-Force Oral Jelly has been discontinued
• For concomitant treatment with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors such as Ketoconazole, Itraconazole, Ritonavir, Saquinavir, Telithromycin, Nefazodone, Nelfinavir, Atazanavir, etc.
• In patients with moderate and severe hepatic impairment.

Super P-Force Oral Jelly Overdose

Symptoms of overdose with Dapoxetine HCl include serotonin-mediated adverse reactions such as somnolence, gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea and vomiting, tachycardia, tremor, agitation and dizziness. In studies with healthy volunteers of single doses up to 800 mg Sildenafil Citrate, adverse reactions were similar to those seen at lower doses but incidence rates and severities were increased.
In cases of Super P-Force jelly overdose, standard supportive measures should be adopted as required. Due to high protein binding and large volume of distribution of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride as well as Sildenafil Citrate, forced diuresis, dialysis, hemoperfusion and exchange transfusion are unlikely to be of benefit. No specific antidotes for Super P-Force are known at present.

• Medical History

Let your doctor know if you have had heart problems (heart attack, irregular heartbeat, angina, heart rhythm disorder), heart surgery within the last 6 months, stroke, low blood pressure, or high blood pressure that is not treated, deformed penis shape, an erection that lasted for more than 4 hours, problems with your blood cells such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia, retinitis pigmentosa, severe vision loss, an eye problem called non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), bleeding problems, stomach ulcers, liver problems, kidney problems or are having kidney dialysis.
• Super P-Force Interactions
  Before beginning the treatment with Super P-Force Oral Jelly, please inform your doctor of all your current medications including prescription drugs, over the counter medications, mineral supplements, herbal products, and vitamins. Super P-Force Oral Jelly are known to have drug interactions with certain other medications. Let your doctor know if are using nitroglycerin (Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid), isosorbide dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate), and isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket), recreational drugs called "poppers" containing amyl or butyl nitrite, alpha blocker medication (such as terazosin, prazosin, alfuzosin, doxazosin, tamsulosin, dutasteride and tamsulosin, silodosin), azole antifungals (such as itraconazole, ketoconazole), macrolide antibiotics (such as clarithromycin, erythromycin), HIV protease inhibitors (such as ritonavir, saquinavir, indinavir, atazanir), hepatitis C virus protease inhibitors (such as boceprevir, telaprevir), rifampin, other erectile dysfunction or pulmonary hypertension drugs (such as tadalafil, vardenafil).
• Super P-Force Oral Jelly and Alcohol
  Consumption of excess alcohol can obstruct your capacity to achieve an erection. The effect of Sildenafil tablets (Penegra tablets) may be lost in such a scenario. Consumption of excess alcohol during the course of Super P-Force Oral Jelly can increase the chances of side effects such as headache or dizziness, increase in heart rate, or decrease in blood pressure. • Patients should stop Super P-Force Oral Jelly and seek medical care if a sudden loss of vision occurs in one or both eyes, which could be a sign of non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Penegra should be used with caution, and only when the anticipated benefits outweigh the risks, in patients with a history of NAION. Patients with a "crowded" optic disc may also be at an increased risk of NAION
• Patients should stop Super P-Force Oral Jelly and seek prompt medical attention in the event of sudden decrease or loss of hearing
• Caution is advised when Super P-Force Oral Jelly is co-administered with alpha-blockers or anti-hypertensives. Concomitant use may lead to hypotension
• Decreased blood pressure, syncope, and prolonged erection may occur at higher sildenafil exposures. In patients taking strong CYP inhibitors, such as Ritonavir, Sildenafil exposure is increased. Decrease in Penegra dosage is recommended.
• Patients should be advised not to use Super P-Force Oral Jelly in combination with recreational drugs. Recreational drugs with serotonergic activity such as ketamine, methylenedioxy- methamphetamine (MDMA) and lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) may lead to potentially serious reactions if combined with this medicine.
• The number and percentage of subjects with syncope (characterized as loss of consciousness) was greater in Super P-Force Oral Jelly-treated subjects than in those who were treated with placebo.
• Before treatment initiation, a careful medical examination including history of orthostatic events should be performed by the physician. An orthostatic test should be performed before initiating therapy (blood pressure and pulse rate, supine and standing).

Side Effects of Super P-Force Oral Jelly

• Cardiovascular System- flushing, chest pain or heavy feeling, irregular heartbeat, blood pressure changes, cardiac arrest.
• Central Nervous System- headache, nausea, dizziness, concentration difficulty, syncope
• Respiratory System- upper respiratory tract infections, sinus pain, shortness of breath, bronchitis, sinusitis, influenza
• Skin- pruritus, rashes, parasthesia
• Eye and ENT- nasal congestion, blurred vision, mydriasis, sudden decreased vision in one or both eyes (NAION), sudden decrease or loss of hearing, ringing in the ears, nasopharyngitis.
• Gastrointestinal System- vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation, dyspepsia, dry mouth
• Genitourinary System- painful or prolonged erection lasting 4 or more hours, balanitis, erectile dysfunction, abnormal ejaculation.
• Musculoskeletal System- back pain, swelling of hands and feet.
• Allergic Reactions- skin rash, itching, breathing difficulties, tightness in the chest, swelling of the mouth/face/lips/tongue.
• Miscellaneous- tremors, hot flash, cold sweat, discomfort.

Sildenafil Citrate has been classified by the US FDA as Pregnancy Category B. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies of Sildenafil Citrate in pregnant women. No evidence of teratogenicity, embryotoxicity, or fetotoxicity was observed in pregnant rats or rabbits dosed with sildenafil 200 mg/kg/day during organogenesis.
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride has been classified by the US FDA as Pregnancy Category C. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies of Dapoxetine in pregnant women.
It has been observed during studies conducted that is no evidence of teratogenicity, embryotoxicity, or fetotoxicity in rats or rabbits that received up to 100 mg/kg (rats) or 75 mg/kg (rabbits). There is no evidence to suggest that Dapoxetine Hydrochloride exposure has an effect on a partner’s pregnancy based on limited observational data from the clinical trial database.
