Super Avana tablets contain a combination of Avanafil and Dapoxetine. Avanafil increases the blood flow to the penis by relaxing the smooth muscles located along the walls of the blood vessels which supply blood to the penis. The increase in the size of these blood vessels result in increased penile blood flow due to which men can achieve and sustain an erection for a longer period of time during sexual activity. Dapoxetine inhibits the neuronal impulses which are responsible for the reuptake of the neurotransmitter called serotonin. Contraindications

Super Avana tablets are contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to Avanafil or Dapoxetine or any inactive ingredient present in Super Avana tablets.
Super Avanafil tablets are also contraindicated in patients using nitric oxide donors, such as organic nitrates or organic nitrites in any form because their interaction with the ingredients of Super Avanafil tablets can result in a sudden decrease in blood pressure.

Overdose

There have been no reports of Dapoxetine overdose during clinical trials. There were no unexpected adverse events in a clinical pharmacology study of Dapoxetine with daily doses up to 240 mg (two 120 mg doses given 3 hours apart). In general, symptoms of overdose with SSRIs include serotonin-mediated adverse reactions such as somnolence, gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea and vomiting, tachycardia, tremor, agitation and dizziness. In cases of overdose, standard supportive measures should be adopted as required Single doses up to 800 mg of Avanafil have been given to healthy subjects, and multiple doses up to 300 mg have been given to patients. In cases of Avanafil overdose, standard supportive measures should be adopted as required.

Super Avana Interactions

Super Avana Tablets and Alcohol
Consumption of excess alcohol during the course of Super Avanafil tablets can increase the chances of side effects such as headache or dizziness, increase in heart rate, or decrease in blood pressure. Ingredients in grapefruit and grapefruit juice may interact with the ingredients of Super Avanafil tablets resulting in potentially hazardous side effects.
