Betnovate-GM Cream Dosage - How to Apply Betnovate-GM Cream?

Betnovate-GM Cream is a topical anti-inflammation medication and should be used exactly as suggested by your doctor. Your doctor may recommend a dosage of Betnovate-GM Skin depending on your age, medical requirement, body weight, other medical conditions, and current medications. Betnovate-GM Skin Cream should be applied as a thin layer on the skin. Avoid sensitive areas like the area around the eyes, lips, and nostrils. Betnovate-GM Cream - Missed Dose

If you miss your regular dose of Betnovate-GM Skin Cream, apply the cream as per the dosage as soon as you remember. You can continue your regular schedule the next day. If you remember the missed dose Betnovate-GM Cream the next day, apply the cream as per your regular dosing instructions and skip the missed dose. Do not administer two applications of the cream to compensate the missed dose of Betnovate-GM Cream.

Storage Instructions for Betnovate-GM Cream

Store the pack of Betnovate-GM Skin Cream at room temperature (20 – 25°C), protected from heat, moisture, and sunlight. Retain the original packing of the medication and do not use Betnovate-GM (Betnovate-GM) beyond its expiration date. Keep the pack of Betnovate-GM Skin Cream away from the reach of children and pets. Do not discard Betnovate-GM Cream along with domestic waste or sewage. Consult your doctor or pharmacist about the correct method of disposal.

Warnings and Precautions to be taken when using Betnovate-GM Cream

Medical History
Before beginning the treatment with Betnovate-GM Skin Cream, discuss your personal and family medical history with your doctor. Inform your doctor if you have any existing medical conditions such as rosacea (a skin condition affecting the face), acne, dermatitis (skin inflammation) around the mouth, genital itching, nappy rash, cold sores, chickenpox or other skin conditions which may affect the treatment with Betnovate-GM Cream.

Allergy
Please inform your doctor if you have an allergy or have had an allergic reaction in the past to Betamethasone Valerate or Gentamicin, and Miconazole Nitrate or any inactive ingredient in Betnovate-GM Skin Cream. Please tell your doctor if you have any other allergies.  

Betnovate-GM Cream Interactions
Before beginning the topical therapy of Betnovate-GM Skin Cream, please tell your doctor about all your present medications including prescription drugs, over the counter medications, mineral supplements, herbal products, and vitamins. Betnovate-GM Cream may have drug interactions with certain other medications.

Betnovate-GM Contraindications

Betnovate-GM Skin Cream are contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to Betamethasone Valerate Gentamicin, or Miconazole Nitrate or to any inactive ingredient present in Betnovate-GM Cream. Treatment with Betnovate-GM Skin Cream is also contraindicated in patients who have chickenpox, fungal, yeast, or viral skin lesions, herpes simplex, tuberculosis of the skin, and vaccinia.

Betnovate-GM Cream during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

The effect of Betnovate-GM Cream on the growth and development of an unborn baby is unknown. It is still not known if the ingredients of Betnovate-GM Skin Cream is secreted into breastmilk. It is preferred that expectant women and breast feeding mothers, who are using  Betnovate-GM  Cream for their skin conditions, should consult with their doctor to discern the therapeutic advantages and associated hazards of the medication.

Side Effects of Betnovate-GM Cream
